You do not have to be our hotel guest to come and enjoy great food from our Molekula restaurant. We cook Czech and European cuisine and we pride ourselves on fresh and quality raw materials. An enthusiast for delicious meat and fresh fish will have a choice, but a vegetarian or a person with a gluten-free diet as well. On weekdays we also serve cost-effective lunch menu.
Those of you who have a sweet tooth will delight in our homemade desserts, which you can indulge with the excellent Italian coffee Caffè Veloce Morbida. Beer lovers will be pleased with Pilsen on tap, Gambrinus non-pasteurized beer and a beer special every month.
